I want to help preserve Polk County history by joining the Polk County Historical Association. My contribution will help fund historical research, educational programs and publications. I will receive the Polk County Historical Quarterly, one of the state's best local history journals, the Association newsletter, and invitation to all Association events as part of my membership benefits.

Membership Levels:
Benefactor/Life Membership- $500 or more
Life Membership (over age 65)- $200 or more
Family Annual Membership- $25
Individual Membership- $20
Youth/College Annual Membership (through age 22)- $10
